Tonicity Elasticity Relaxation

In dance, we use the term "barre" to denote a series of exercises performed on the spot, as opposed to exercises performed on the move.

In a "barre au sol", or "barre à terre", these exercises are carried out on the ground (sitting, lying down, etc.), which alleviates the constraints linked to gravity.

The exercises that I propose to you combine dance movements and myofascial stretching coordinating resistance, relaxation and tone while respecting each person's abilities.

 

These exercises will allow you to

  • strengthen your muscles for better posture,

  • soften you,

  • relax,

  • develop your kinesthetic sensations (refine his awareness of your bodily sensations in a mechanical harmony of the different parts of your body).

 

For who ?

FOR EVERYONE ! Men, women, dancers or not, you will find recommendations adapted to your level, sources of progress and satisfaction.

For beginners, these exercises are ideal for loosening up, strengthening muscles and correcting posture.

For dancers, it is an excellent complement that allows you to become aware of your body by offering you a complete job while respecting the joints. Notice to all dancers who want to surpass themselves to improve their progress!
